Importance of Yoga

Yoga Benefits For Children

Starting yoga at a young age has many benefits. Children are sadly not immune to life’s stresses and encounter them almost daily. Encouraging them to practice yoga from an early age allows them to find time to connect with their minds and bodies.

Yoga creates calm, happy, healthy, little minds and bodies.

We see that children who participate in our program have benefitted from yoga in many ways, and best of all this is achieved while they have fun.
